If you have a specific brand, trading name or product that is important to your business or where there is a risk of being copied by an unscrupulous competitor, it is easy to protect your brand with a formally registered Trade Mark.

This service adds further value to our Registered Office service and includes the forwarding of general correspondence. Choose either our Cheshire head office or a prestigious central London address to use as your virtual business address.

Easily registered yourself through any number of online facilities, but even easier if ordered at the same time as forming a company with us. What’s more, you can ensure that your company name and domain name are suitably matched from the outset.

All limited companies are required to display their registered name at the place of their registered office. Our traditional polished brass name-plate is a great way of giving a good impression.

Whilst no longer a requirement in the UK, some companies still use a formal company seal for contractual documents, particularly when dealing with customers, suppliers or financial institutions overseas.

Dealing with overseas banks and financial institutions may require the formal Apostilling of company documents. We can arrange for this service via the Foreign Office whenever necessary.

This is a formal certificate issued by The Registrar of Companies that is often required when carrying on business overseas, or opening bank accounts outside the UK.
